Our sell & earn store credit model makes it easy to clear out the things you no longer need while earning credit to spend on other pre-loved treasures in store. We carefully select quality items that are ready to be loved again and give them a new home.

how it works
1.REGISTER
Complete our seller registration form to create your seller account.

2. Drop off your items
Arrange a time to bring your items to us for viewing. We'll check that they meet our selling guidelines.
↓
3. We do the selling
Once accepted, we'll price, tag and display your items for you.
↓
4. Earn store credit
When your items sell, you'll receive store credit based on the sale price, minus The Happy Hanger's commission & $0.10 admin fee per item.
↓
5. Spend your credit
Use your available credit on any of our fabulous pre-loved finds. Credit is honoured for 2 years.

before you bring in your items
A few things to check before your drop-off:
✓Clean & ready to sell
Items should be clean, fresh and free from stains, excessive wear, holes or strong odours.
✓Good condition
We’re looking for quality pre-loved items that are still in great condition and have plenty of life left in them.
✓Check for damage
Please check zips, buttons, snaps, batteries and other working parts before bringing items in.
✓Seasonally appropriate
We may prioritise items that are suitable for the current season and upcoming weather.
✓All items must be complete
Toys, games, puzzles and other items should have all their pieces and accessories where possible.
✓Please check our accepted categories
We accept a range of baby & kids' clothing, women's & maternity clothing, toys, books, shoes, accessories and more.
Before your appointment
Please sort through your items before bringing them in.
We recommend only bringing items you would be happy to purchase yourself. This helps keep The Happy Hanger's collection full of quality pieces and makes the drop-off process quicker for everyone.

That's okay! Bring it along and we'll take a look during your appointment.
The Happy Hanger only accepts 50 items per viewing. There is a $5 viewing fee for first time sellers, returning sellers will have no viewing fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
We carefully inspect all items before accepting them. Items that don't meet our selling guidelines may be declined, so please don't be offended if we can't accept everything you bring.
